Thoughts while working on this:

Two Right Hands: if America could make us all that way, it would. It would design us all with two right hands, no lefties, just one way and it would do this because it’s completely wrong about right hands.

We each have a hand that is more giving and one that is more receiving; yet neither is more active.

The hand that gives must also receive; the hand that receives gives.

Dominance and resignation are American; giving and receiving are human.

Reach out with whatever hands you have; if you’ve no hands, we feel them even more tenderly.
